কমিশন কখন নেয়া হয়?

একজন সেলার তার সেলার একাউন্ট এ কোন প্রোডাক্ট বিক্রি হলে সেই টাকা দেখতে পাবে। এবং সেই প্রোডাক্ট কাস্টমারের কাছে কমপ্লিট ডেলিভারি হওয়ার সাত দিন পর! সেলার একাউন্টে সেই প্রোডাক্টের টাকা উইথড্র করার জন্য এভেলেবেল হবে।, বিক্রেতা তার সেলার একাউন্ট থেকে টাকা ব্যাংকের মাধ্যমে সহ বেশ কয়েকটি পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ের মাধ্যমে উইথড্র করতে পারবে। ফ্যাব্রিকঘর থেকে টাকা উইথড্র করার জন্য নির্দিষ্ট সময়সীমা রয়েছে। তা হচ্ছে প্রতি মাসের 15 তারিখ এবং 30 তারিখ! 15 তারিখে এবং 30 তারিখে সেল আক্তার মার্চেন্ট একাউন্ট থেকে সেই টাকাগুলো উড্রো করতে পারবে। যে প্রোডাক্ট গুলো আলরেডি কাস্টমারের কাছে ডেলিভারি হয়ে গেছে এবং তা সাতদিন ওভার হয়ে গেছে

সেলার প্রডাক্ট ওয়ারেন্টি এন্ড রিটার্ন
সেলার এর প্রোডাক্ট ফ্যাব্রিকঘর এর মাধ্যমে যদি কোন কাস্টমার ক্রয় করে তাহলে সেই প্রোডাক্টের যদি কোন ওয়ারেন্টি থাকে বা গ্যারান্টি থাকে,তা অবশ্যই সেলার কে বহন করতে হবে এবং প্রোডাক্ট রিটার্ন এর ক্ষেত্রে ফ্যাব্রিকঘর এর রুলস অনুযায়ী প্রত্যেকটি প্রোডাক্ট ৭ দিন রিটার্ন ব্যবস্থা রয়েছে। তাই যদি কোন কাস্টমার প্রডাক্ট ক্রয় করার পর সাত দিনের ভিতরে রিটার্ন পাঠায় তাহলে সেই প্রডাক্ট সেলার কে অবশ্যই গ্রহণ করতে হবে।

How fabricghar sells products to customers
fabricghar sells products all over Bangladesh through various paid advertisements. A customer can purchase products from fabricghar through cash on delivery and cash payment.
How much is the seller registration charge?
There is no charge for a seller to approve a vendor account or seller account on fabricghar! If a seller sells his/her own product through fabricghar then fabricghar charges a percentage only after the complete sale of his product! Here’s about the seller’s percentage!
Who bears the cost of product delivery?
Product delivery costs are collected from customers, and borne by website authorities. A seller can add the product delivery cost to his account while uploading the seller product. If any product is below 1 kg then in that case the product delivery charge should be added Tk 70-150. And if the weight of the product is above one kg. Then add an additional 40 rupees per kg! If a seller then wants to sell the product to the customer with free shipping. In that case, after the product is sold, the website authority will deduct or charge the delivery charge from the seller’s embezzled money.
When is the commission taken?

There are specific time limits for withdrawing money from fabricghar. That is the 15th and 30th of every month! Seller’s Product Warranty and Returns
If a customer buys the seller’s product throughfabricghar, if the product has any warranty or guarantee, it must be borne by the seller and according to the rules of fabricghar, every product has a 7-day return system. So if a customer sends a return within seven days of purchasing the product then the product seller must accept it.
